  1. Power of Attorney:
  • The Power of Attorney serves as a legal confirmation on behalf of the employer for recruiting manpower from India.
  • It grants authorization to Saad Consultancy Servicewith License No: B-1045/KAR/PER/100/5/9999/2022.
  • Use the provided sample for the Power of Attorney, and ensure it is duly attested by the Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of External Affairs.
  1. Employment Contract:
  • The employer should issue a letter that reflects mutual understanding and agreement on the terms and conditions.
  • Refer to the attached sample for the Employment Contract, and ensure it is duly attested by the Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of External Affairs.
